The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, readiness scores, and performance insights. These outputs are estimates and should not replace professional medical, coaching, or nutritional advice. Use AI-generated content at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PerformIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, analysis, or recommendation provided through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerformIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injuries sustained during training or athletic activities.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
